These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Beetopic website, platform, services, subscription plans, tools, content generation features, related WordPress plugin functionality, and integrations with third party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). By accessing, browsing, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, connecting a third party account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in order to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Description of the Service

Beetopic provides tools related to SEO planning, topical map generation, content generation, content workflow, related website and plugin functionality, and optional integrations with third party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for publishing content. Features may change from time to time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

5. Subscription Plans

Certain parts of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription plan features, usage limits, pricing, and billing periods are displayed on our website or during checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other disclosed charges using your selected payment method.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for eligible users. If a free trial is offered, the trial period and its conditions will be shown during signup or checkout.
Unless we clearly state otherwise during signup, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial end date if you do not want to be charged.

7. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected at checkout, such as monthly or yearly.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel your subscription.

If a payment fails, is declined, or cannot be completed, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account area, if available, or by contacting us at support@beetopic.com.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law. After that date, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges only. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel charges already processed for the current billing period.

Any transaction cancellation request is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, where applicable.

If you cancel during a free trial, your subscription should end at the close of the trial period and you should not be charged for the following paid cycle, provided the cancellation was completed before the trial expired.

9. Refunds and Returns Policy

Because Beetopic is a digital subscription service, we do not offer returns of delivered digital services.
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription charges are non refundable once billed.

This means:

There are no refunds for partial billing periods.

There are no refunds for unused time, unused credits, unused features, or failure to cancel before renewal.

There are no shipping returns because no physical goods are sold through the subscription service.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly at support@beetopic.com so we can review the issue.

If we choose, in our sole discretion, to issue any courtesy credit or refund, that does not create an obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at support@beetopic.com so we can attempt to resolve it. Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the Service may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Taxes

Prices shown on the website may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on our net income.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.

Upload or submit content that infringes the rights of others.

Use the Service to create spam, malware, harmful code, or deceptive content.

Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.

Interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of the Service.

Use the Service or any connected third party platform integration, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), in any way that violates the policies, terms, or community standards of that platform, including the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, Facebook Community Standards, and Instagram Community Guidelines.

Publish, through any connected platform integration, content that is misleading, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by the receiving platform.

13. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service. By submitting content, prompts, keywords, URLs, plugin data, or other materials, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service, and for delivering content to third party platforms you have explicitly connected, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), at your direction.
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content you submit and for reviewing any generated output before publication or use, including any content published to your connected Facebook Page or Instagram account through BeeTopic.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our website, software, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Beetopic and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service.

15. Generated Content Disclaimer

Beetopic provides AI assisted SEO and content related tools. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, commercial results, accuracy, legality, originality in every case, or fitness for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all generated or suggested content before publication or reliance, including any content published to a connected third party platform such as Facebook or Instagram.

16. Third Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third party platforms, payment processors, WordPress environments, plugins, analytics services, hosting providers, or other services. We are not responsible for third party products or services and do not guarantee their continued availability or compatibility.

17. Meta Platform Integration (Facebook and Instagram)

BeeTopic offers an optional integration with Meta that allows you to connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram Business or Creator account to your BeeTopic account in order to publish content and view basic Page or account insights from inside the BeeTopic dashboard.
17.1 Authorization. By connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account to BeeTopic, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or have explicit authorization to manage, the Page or account, and that you have the authority to grant BeeTopic permission to act on your behalf for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.

17.2 Tech Provider Role. BeeTopic acts as a Meta Tech Provider on your behalf. We perform actions, such as publishing posts and reading insights, only at your explicit direction. We do not own, control, or moderate the content you choose to publish through the integration, and we do not act as the publisher of that content.

17.3 Compliance with Meta Policies. Your use of the Meta integration is also governed by Meta’s own terms, including the Facebook Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, the Facebook Community Standards, and the Instagram Community Guidelines. You are responsible for complying with those terms and policies whenever you use the integration.

17.4 Responsibility for Published Content. You are solely responsible for any content you publish to your Facebook Page or Instagram account through BeeTopic, including its accuracy, legality, originality, and compliance with the policies of the receiving platform. BeeTopic is not liable for any consequences resulting from content you publish, including platform restrictions, account suspensions, takedowns, fines, or claims by third parties.

17.5 Revocation and Disconnection. You may revoke BeeTopic’s access to your Facebook Page or Instagram account at any time, either from inside BeeTopic under Settings → Integrations, or from your Facebook Business Settings under Business Integrations. Revocation will stop all publishing and disconnect the integration. Tokens and Meta-derived data are deleted within 30 days of disconnection, as further described in our Privacy Policy and in our Data Deletion Instructions.

17.6 Service Changes. The Meta integration depends on Meta’s APIs and policies, which may change without notice. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the integration at any time, including in response to changes required by Meta, and we are not liable for any resulting interruption.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, failed to pay fees when due, or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way, including misuse of any connected third party platform integration such as Meta.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will stop immediately, and any active third party integrations will be disconnected. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to payments due, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error free performance, specific SEO outcomes, or compatibility with every website, plugin, environment, or third party platform, including Meta.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beetopic and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beetopic and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, content you publish to a connected third party platform through BeeTopic, your violation of these Terms, your violation of the policies of any connected third party platform such as Meta, or your violation of any law or third party rights.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
