BeeTopic (“the App”) provides AI-powered SEO and content services to Shopify merchants (“Merchants”). This policy describes what information the App collects and how it is used.

Information we collect When you install the App we access: your store domain and store owner email (to create and manage your BeeTopic account), and — only when you use the relevant features — store content such as products, collections, pages and blog articles (to analyze and optimize it), and content you provide in the App (e.g. your Business Profile). The App does not collect or process your customers’ (shoppers’) personal information.

How we use it Solely to provide the App’s services: keyword research, content generation, SEO fixes, internal linking and AI-visibility tracking; to operate billing through Shopify’s Billing API; and to provide support. We do not sell data.

Where it is processed The App runs on Railway (United States). SEO processing runs on BeeTopic’s engine at beetopic.com. Third-party AI and search-data providers process content you submit for generation/analysis as sub-processors.

Data retention & deletion When you uninstall the App, Shopify notifies us and your shop’s data is deleted from the App’s systems in accordance with Shopify’s mandatory data-deletion webhooks (within 30 days of the shop/redact request). Billing records are retained as required by law.
